Annual Infection Control - Mandatory Training 2025

Course Objectives: 1. To educate disability support and Healthcare workers about the importance of infection control in the community setting. 2. To provide knowledge and skills necessary to prevent the spread of infections among individuals with disabilities and support workers. 3. To promote a safe and healthy environment for both support workers and individuals with disabilities. 4. To comply with relevant community infection control guidelines and regulations The course content will include the following topics: 1. Risk Identification and Response. 2. Common Infections 3. Modes of Transmission of Infection 4. Standard Precautions 5. Transmission-Based Precautions 6. Reporting and Documentation
